Who the sprint is for

The sprint is a good fit if this sounds familiar:

  • You use ChatGPT or Claude almost every day. Still, you explain from scratch every time who you are, who you work for and how it should sound.
  • Sometimes the result is usable. Sometimes you end up writing it yourself. You can't say for sure whether AI actually saves you time.
  • Your best prompts are buried in old chats. Nothing is written down, and nothing is repeatable.
  • You know you could get more out of it. But between client meetings, you never find the time to set it up properly.
  • Every week brings a new tool, and you don't know which one is really worth it for your work.

That's exactly where the sprint comes in: one-off attempts become fixed routines you can rely on.

Barely used AI so far? Get in touch anyway. We'll start with a guided introduction, tailored to what you do day to day, so you get the most out of it from the start. My AI guides also give you a first overview.

Which tasks are a good fit

Anything that repeats regularly and follows a similar pattern every time is a good fit. A few examples from the daily work of freelancers:

  • Preparing and following up on meetings: Your notes or a recording become clean minutes, next steps and a follow-up email in your voice
  • Proposals and project outlines: What you discussed in a first meeting with a client becomes a first draft in your structure. The AI is your sparring partner. The decision stays with you
  • Workshops and presentations: Your outline becomes an agenda, slides and handouts for participants
  • Repurposing content: A talk, workshop or video becomes a newsletter, posts and a summary, without sounding like AI
  • Documenting your know-how: Methods, processes, checklists and answers to common client questions become templates that you and the AI use again and again
  • Client onboarding: Welcome email, questionnaire and first documents follow the same process every time
  • Automating processes: Where no AI is needed, an automation is often enough to keep documents, appointments or posts moving without manual work

We'll figure out your two or three tasks in the intro call. We start with the ones that cost you the most time or frustration.

How the sprint works

  1. Free intro call

15 minutes, not a sales pitch. You tell me where you lose time, and you get an honest assessment of whether a sprint is worth it for you.

  2. Your proposal

It lists the tasks we'll tackle, the number of sessions and the time frame. Fixed scope, no surprises.

  3. Build together

In the sessions, we work on your real tasks. You do the building yourself: instructions that tell the AI about you and your work, templates and, where it fits, small automations. That way, you can do it on your own afterwards.

  4. Try them out in your daily work

Between sessions, you use the routines in your real work. Whatever doesn't work yet, you bring to the next session, and we fine-tune it.

  5. Wrap-up and follow-up

At the end, everything is documented, with screen recordings to look back on. After a little while, we meet for a follow-up session to check whether everything holds up in your daily work.

Whether we work in one compact week or spread out, for example once a week over two months, depends on your calendar.

What you have afterwards

  • Two or three routines that run in your daily work and that you adjust yourself
  • Personal instructions for the AI: who you are, who you work for and how you sound, so you don't have to explain it from scratch every time
  • Templates for your recurring tasks
  • Clear rules: which tool for what, and what you check before anything goes to a client
  • Short documentation and screen recordings to look back on
  • An assessment of which AI tools fit your work

What's not included

Legal, tax and data protection advice is not part of the sprint. For that, a lawyer, a tax advisor or a data protection officer is the right contact.

Two examples from my previous work

Wedding photographer: invoices and bookings, automated

Euripidis used to fill out invoices, gift certificates and booking confirmations by hand in Word templates: 20 to 30 minutes of admin per client. With my coaching, he built a system that creates these documents automatically. He implemented it himself.

“Lukas first looked at where my time was being lost and then showed me how to solve it myself with AI. […] The best part: I understand everything and can keep developing it myself.”
Euripidis Kitsos, wedding photographer · Google review, translated from German · Full case study (in German)

Designer: recurring steps handled by a script

Kamil is a freelance designer. In his case, it was steps in After Effects that come up with every new project.

“Together we built automated solutions for recurring work steps. […] We're talking about time savings of at least 15% per project, which is absolutely brilliant.”
Kamil Wilde, freelance designer · Google review, translated from German

What does the sprint cost?

There is no fixed price, because the scope depends on your tasks and on how many sessions we need. The intro call is free. After that, you get a proposal with a fixed scope.

Whether there are additional tool costs, for example for a paid ChatGPT or Claude subscription, depends on what we use. We clarify that beforehand.

Frequently asked questions

A 1:1 AI workshop for freelancers, consultants, coaches and trainers. Over a few sessions, two or three recurring tasks become fixed AI routines, with personal instructions, templates, rules and short documentation.

The sprint is personalized AI training without a fixed curriculum. A course shows everyone the same thing. In the sprint, we work only on your tasks, and you learn to use AI on exactly those tasks. At the end, you have routines that run in your daily work, not notes on someone else's examples.

That depends on how many tasks we tackle. One example: eight sessions over two months, one per week. In between, you use the routines in your real work. If you want it to go faster, we work in one compact week.

Yes, get in touch anyway. Then we start with a guided introduction built around the tasks you actually have in your daily work. You don't need any coding skills.

Mostly online, in person on request, and the sessions are in English. The sprint is designed for one person, but a small team is possible too. In the intro call, we look at who's involved and which tasks you want to tackle together.

That depends on your tasks. For most of them, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini differ very little. What matters more is what you already work with and what is allowed to happen to your data.

We first look at which data a task actually needs. In most cases, sensitive client data doesn't have to go into an AI tool at all. But the sprint is not legal or data protection advice. For that, a lawyer or a data protection officer is the right contact.

The routines are yours. If your work changes, you adapt them, with the documentation and the screen recordings as a reference.

Which of your tasks are worth it?

In the intro call, we look at which two or three tasks cost you the most time and whether a sprint is a good fit. The intro call is free, takes 15 minutes and is not a sales pitch.
